Who Writes This

My name is Patrick Gibbs. I have spent years working in field service, specifically sewer and infrastructure inspection across the Southeast. I know what it is like to manage jobs from a truck, deal with scheduling chaos, and wonder why the office software costs more than the equipment.

That experience informs everything on this site. When I review a mobile app, I am thinking about whether it works on a job site with one bar of signal. When I evaluate pricing, I am thinking about a three-person crew, not an enterprise with 200 technicians and a CTO.
